Podcast Interview with Peter Gales of “The Practice of Your Life” (31 minutes) I was interviewed by the author of a new blog this focused on “changing the existing conversations (discourses) about “work”, and about what it means to live your life fully and completely.” This is his first podcast in what I hope will be a long series. Peter is also an old and dear friend.

Information Overload Radio Interview (62 minutes) I was interviewed by Michael Anthony Cuffe of the Power 106 radio program “Both Sides of the Story.” It’s an entertaining listen as he brings in a psychologist, an activist and a journalist who covers the Jamaican parliament to discuss the issue, and what must be done about it.
Speech on the New Time Management (20 minutes) At a Jan 5, 2011 luncheon of the Rotary Club of downtown Kingston (Jamaica) I was asked to give a speech on the latest developments in the area of time management, and personal productivity. I spoke about the ways in which smartphones are being abused, and showed what happens when the fundamentals of personal productivity aren’t known.
