<description>I hope everyone is doing okay. Tropical Storm Gustav hit you on the 3rd anniversary of Katrina here in the states. Thank goodness it hadn't strengthened to hurricane force when it hit you. Everything would be worse.

We are now awaiting the arrival of Hurricane Gustav as a possible Category 4 storm. The Gulf waters are very warm and that feeds hurricane strength.

Even in Baton Rouge, LA, hundreds of miles away from the Gulf coast, we will experience power outages, damage, destruction and total disruption of life. But this time we are taking it so seriously that we're mostly all prepared today, 3-4 days before Gustav may make landfall anywhere. New Orleans will begin evacuation tomorrow if the storm is within 72 hours of making land fall.

No matter what time management system you use, Mother Nature may have other plans for you and you can't argue with Mother Nature. Taking her in stride is much wiser.
